Letter from the Editor
Spring is officially on its way - hooray! Here's to longer days, warmer weather, and color everywhere, in nature and on our plates.
Spring is a time of change and new life. It's a time to take action and to develop a happier place in your own life. For you, this could mean "spring cleaning" and clearing out all the clutter that is holding you back: unhealthy foods in your cupboard, draining relationships, even clothes you don't wear that are hogging your closet space. Or, for you, spring could be a time of re-birth.
In this time of change you may even take steps down a new career path. After all, enrollment is still open for both our Natural Chef and Nutrition Consultant programs! These programs begin this month in all four locations and are filling up. Contact us today and speak with an advisor to see if there may still be room for you in your program of interest either in a classroom or through Distance Learning. If you want to make a dramatic change in your life that, in turn, dramatically and positively affects the lives of others, this is the time to take action.

Love bacon, but given it up? Whatever your reasons for bidding adieu, this dressing is sure to help you scratch that bacon itch. We love it over grains or in a salad with avocado, tomato, and lettuce. Classic.
