Culinary Alchemy Handouts
« on: September 14, 2010, 05:01:53 PM »
Attached recipes for staple (base) foods I will be turning into gold at the Culinary Alchemy class in Penngrove on Sept 15th. I suggest you experiment with creating new food patterns with strong intention to vivify and nourish yourself and those with whom you share your creations. Be brave in love and cooking!
