Stillheart Institute: Eating for a Healthy New Year

Thank you so much for joining us a Stillheart Institute this weekend! Ed and I hope that you enjoyed the lecture and demo as much as we enjoyed meeting you.

On this post you will find the PPT from Ed's lecture, the recipes from the cooking demonstration, and book recommendations for cooking and reading.

Two quick notes of interest:
The organic canned coconut milk that I recommended in the demo is Native Forest. They are the only brand that we have discovered to be BPA-free.

If you're looking for dulse to add to your popcorn, check your local health food store, Whole Foods, Rainbow (in San Francisco), Berkeley Bowl (in Berkeley), or New Leaf. Ask your grocer where they keep their dried sea vegetables.
