Young Thai Coconut and Avocado Smoothie

This is a delicious and healthy way to start your day!!!

Yeild: about 4 servings

2 young thai coconuts
1 avocado
3 tablesoons honey

Open the coconuts and pour water into a blender.
Add coconut meat, avocado and honey to the blender.
Blend until smooth.

So simple and so delicious!! Enjoy!
