      *RAW HUMMUS*
1 1/2 cups dry garbanzo beans- save a few sprouted for a garnish  ;D
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
1 teaspoon sea salt, plus any other spices
2 lemons, juice and zest
4 cloves garlic, crushed-or to your taste (I love raw garlic)
~1 cup filtered or spring water and a splash of grapeseed oil
1 pinch paprika and fresh chopped parsley- garnish

1. Sprout the Garbanzo beans- Soak 24hrs in filtered water then drain, over the next 2-3 days rinse the beans 1-2 times daily, when the sprout are around 1/2inc they are ready.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and take off the heat for at least 1min, then place the garbanzo bean into the water for only ONE minute, drain. (this step makes all the difference)
3. Put the sprouted beans, tahini, salt, spices, garlic, lemon juice and zest into a food processor. Blend until smooth adding water when needed. This takes my food processor about 3mins, when smooth add a splash of grapeseed oil blend real quick and let sit in your food processor for 5mins, beans will absorb any extra liquid or let you know if its too dry. sprinkle with paprika and parsley
4. ENJOY with your favorite dippers :)
