Cooking at the Santa Rosa Farmer's Market: Citrus Recipes

Citrus was on the menu at the Santa Rosa Farmer's Market for the cooking demonstration on Saturday, April 2, 2011. Bauman College Natural Chef Suzanne Griffin whipped up a Meyer Lemon, Almond and Chia "Pudding", the hit of the day! She also created a fantastic Citrus and Avocado Salad and a fresh and yummy Citrus Salsa on Organic Blue Corn Chips. People walking around the market got to sample Suzanne's creations, take home recipes and ask the Bauman crew nutrition and culinary questions.
