CPMC Mini Medical School Presentation

Here's the talk I gave  at the Institute for Health and Healing's Mini Medicine Conference on Thurs April 21, 2011. I'll be back there on next Thurs to support the talk by Chef Sitarani Brian on Therapeutic Cooking. I enjoyed meeting the people from CA Pacific Medical Center, such as Dr. Stewart and Kamala Tully who are putting on this terrific free public educational forum... and enjoyed working with Dr. Lisa Perry... and getting to know many of those in attendance. I look forward to sharing more viital health and nutrition information information with you in the months ahead. Check out the listings of classes, workshops and rereats on the Bauman College calendar.

I"ll also post an Eating for Health chart for those who want to use and share this.
