Every third Tuesday of month, Bauman College and the Ecology Center host a cooking demo showcasing the freshest produce from local organic farms.  This month, Bauman College Instructor, Chef Trudy Schafer prepared “Crunchy Cabbage Slaw” for hungry shoppers at the South Berkeley Farmers’ Market.
