June 26, 2011: Bauman College was at the Marin Farmers' Market on Sunday, June 26th with Natural Chef and Bauman College Graduate Suzanne Griffin. Suzanne had numerous market attendees eagerly watch as she prepared a Quinoa Salad with carrots and squash and a "Loaded Guacamole" with peaches, radishes and sunflower seeds. "It is so fresh and yummy! I would have never thought to add all those unusual ingredients to a guacamole. It works. I am going to make this for my family." exclaimed one of the market-goers. Bauman College will be a the Marin Farmers' Market the last Sunday of every month through October sharing Eating4Health recipes and spreading the word that healthy food can taste great.
