Asparagus Guacamole
« on: May 13, 2007, 08:18:05 PM »
I made this dip this weekend for a big group at my friend's 30th birthday party. People kept walking up to the bowl and saying "alright there's guacamole." Then they would taste it, go "I don't know what that is but that is good! The whole bowl was gone in 15 minutes!

I served it with the cheese nips we made in class. Very good.
