Awesome new resource to measure radiation in our food from Natural News, read about it here:
http://www.naturalnews.com/043409_Fukushima_Cesium-137_radiation.html
They are also testing for heavy metals, read about it here:
http://www.naturalnews.com/043422_heavy_metals_lab_tests_organic_foods.html
Here is the direct link to the lab site:

I shared this link with Jodi and her response is worthy of a share here. Food for thought. What are your thoughts on this subject and matter? Jodi's take:
1) There's no means of determining if amounts are high or low, since there's no other information available re:acceptable limits. IOW, what do we do with the information?
2) Is Mike Adams really a scientist, as he proclaims he is? Is his lab providing accurate readings, and if so, is this really what happens in the human body? (Not that we want to be eating anything with a high metals concentration.)
3) I hate fear-mongering. Obviously there are concentrations of metals in our foods. Just as obviously, our bodies can handle a certain amount of these, given that we're eating a nutrient-dense diet, because metals have been in soil and water forever. So, overall, I don't know if this has that much value unless we can tie it in with threshold levels. This is posted at the bottom of each analysis page:
A low level of metals does not automatically mean the item being tested is safe to consume. There are many other possible contaminants and nutritional factors for which we do not test.

A high level of metals does not automatically mean the item being tested is dangerous to consume. Each individual's ability to detoxify toxic elements depends on a large number of factors including genetic predisposition, environmental exposure to toxic elements, diet, lifestyle, whether the person exercises and sweats on a regular basis, water consumption, and so on. If you are concerned about a particular item shown here, please discuss it with your physician or naturopath.

No doubt we are swimming in a toxic soup-but the best defense remains-E4H.
