Sit for Meditation Pain-Free

Would you like to enjoy sitting for meditation?
 Learn how to:
 
  • prepare the body for meditation, with simple yoga poses
  • identify key structural alignments which will revolutionize your experience of sitting
  • find the meditation pose that works best for you
  • actually relax while sitting alertly
Give yourself a mini-retreat, dive into your own stillness. Taught by Sukha Carfagno.
 
Sukha Carfagno is a Certified Balance Instructor who has been meditating since 1980. She has practiced Balance since 1998. Students appreciate her clarity, her sense of humor, and her compassionate touch.

 Time: 9 am-12 noon
