This website by Dr. Michael Greger was sent to me by a friend recently and I'm interested in others opinions of its content as a credible and usable resource for students (which I am now) and later for working with clients.  http://nutritionfacts.org

I didn't read through all of his site (huge!) but checked on one area of incredible controversy: fats.  I checked what he said about saturated fat and see he has not kept up with the science. Most studies have lumped man-made saturated fats with naturally occurring fats, resulting in all being maligned.  But naturally occurring saturated fats  have been vindicated in many studies that have separated the two.
