Jicama apple salad

Tried this salad  and thought it was yummy. 

1/3 c. chopped organic cilantro
2 Tbsp. chopped organic mint
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 of a jalapeno, minced
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 1 pound jicama
1 tart organic apple
2 navel  oranges
2 avacadoes

Place cilantro, mint jalapeno cumin and lime into a medium size bowl.
Add oliveoil slowly.  Set aside

Peel jicama and place with the apple (not peeled) into a food processor.
Shred and add to bowl with dressing.  Peel oranges while working over the bowl (so you can catch the drippings)  Cut into segments and drop into bowl.  Add the
diced avacadoes and toss.  Serve immediately topped with fresh cilantro.
