I am subletting my fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment.  It is located in west/central Berkeley, 1 mile to Bauman college, very walk and bike friendly and a 5 minute drive. The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably share with another person, preferably a partner. There is a pull-out couch in the living room if the two people are not a couple.  There is an onsite laundry facility, plentiful street parking and one private parking space. The kitchen is spacious, as far as Berkeley apartments go and complete with a gas range.
