When I became vegan I discovered magic nut - CASHEW. It’s not that I didn’t eat it before, it's just that I ate it in a simple way - as a nut.
When you become vegan at first you try to copy the recipes you know with substitutes. This is how I first became familiar with the cashew cheese. From there the path to an amazing alfredo sauce, spinach quiches and much more was paved. Let’s all share awesome cashew recipes!
Cashew cheese
1 cup of cashew
1 cup of water
1 spoon of nutritional yeast
1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
salt and black pepper
Put everything in a good blender and mix it goooood!!
Healthy and yummy!
