Does anyone have some delicious summer-time inspired artichoke recipes? I have two huge artichoke plants that have gone crazy and I would like to try something other than just steaming them. Thank you!

You can absolutely substitute with fresh artichokes, and change up quantities - more artichoke and less spinach, or any variation works! Now I wish I had some fresh artichokes
