My Favorite Smoothie Recipe

Thought I'd share the smoothie recipe that I use almost every day!

1/4 frozen avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 frozen spinach cubes
1 cup hemp milk
1 cup cold water
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
3 tablespoons gluten-free oats (raw or cooked)
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 serving collagen protein powder

A mix of good fats, carbs and protein, this smoothie keeps me well satiated for a couple of hours after!
