Breakfast Smoothies for Kids

I'm always looking for recipes that my 9 year old likes that isn't cereal or waffles for breakfast. I find that this smoothie is a great way to get nutrients in him before school.
1/2 banana
6 oz. raw whole milk
1 pasteurized egg yolk
1/3-1/2 cup frozen fruit (peaches, blueberries)
1 handful spinach
2 tablespoons collagen protein powder (I use Vital Proteins)
1 tablespoon Cultured Ghee
Blend until smooth. This can also be frozen and sent to school. The best thing about it is that along with some eggs and toast, he is easily full until lunchtime and so doesn't need the mid-morning snack at school, cutting down on the snacks/junk food that he consumes at school.
