Red Kidney bean and walnut pate

Red Kidney Bean and Walnut Pate

1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
1/2 cup slightly toasted walnuts
handful of cilantro and/or parsley
clove of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
3 T red wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
2 t cumin
2 t paprika
1 t cayenne


Blend everything together to a smooth consistancy in a blender, adding water if needed to mix. Serve with raw veggies, apples or bread.
