Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

I just tried this recipe last night and it was fabulous!  I put them on top of my pumpkin soup for an added boost of protein.

~ Scoop the seeds out of a pumpkin.  (1 cup of seeds for this recipe)
~ Wash seeds to get the pumpkin off of them. 
~ Place washed seeds on a cookie sheet or glass pyrex dish
~ Melt 1/2 a stick of butter and pour on to pumpkin seeds
~ Sprinkle sea salt on top of buttered seeds (you can also add other spices if you like)
~ Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until you start to hear them "pop" like popcorn
~ Cool and enjoy!
