Indeed, each URL has its agenda, claiming to have "the answers".  My suggestion is to weigh the information in context, evaluate th arguments based upon one's knowledge, and consider what can be taken from each offering.  No one can afford to be "prescriptive" about a health approach because of biochemical individuality, the environment and food supply today, and new information daily in nutrition-land.
