vietnamese rice paper rolls...trans fat?
« on: May 11, 2008, 05:41:57 PM »
hi everyone,
i was so excited to learn how to make vietnamese rice paper rolls with all kinds of healthy and delicious fillings. then i happened to look at the rice paper ingredients which confusingly list no oils or fats on the ingredient narrative, but then on the actual label indicate 2g trans fat per serving (probably 2 pieces of rice paper). does anyone know what the deal is with these....and where i can get ok rice paper? (i know this may be a long shot because the rice paper has a shelf life of a hostess product)
thanks!
stephanie
