Papaya Soy Smoothie

Papaya is the ideal fruit to start the day. it has excellent digestive properties and is rich in vitamins A and C, plus potassium. Either eat it alone with a squeeze of lime on top and the seeds scooped out or try making this quick smoothie!!!
1 papaya
2 bananas
11/2 cups low-fat live yogurt
11/2 cups soy milk or apple juice
ice cubes (optional)
1. Scoop out papaya and blend in food processor
2. Add the chopped bananas and yogurt and blend the mixture for 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
3. Add the soy milk or apple juice to the blender and blend everything together
4. Pour into tumblers with ice (optional) and enjoy!     Serves 4
