1 lg casserole dish
2 pints of water
1 pint of juice
1 cup of fruit
3 Tbs of Agar Agar
**tip (use 1 tb for every pint of liquid)

Heat the water up till it's boiling.  Pour into a blender and add the agar agar.  When well mixed add in juice and then to the casserole dish.  Next add in fruit and place in the refrigerator to cool for 8-12 hours.

**Agar Agar is a gel forming material, extracted from the cell walls of certain species of red algae.
It reduces inflammation and other heat conditions, mildly laxative, and can carry toxic and radioactive wastes out of the body.  Also a good source of calcium and iron.
