Arame Sea Veggie Salad
**With the right ingredients in your pantry, its an easy recipe to put together and to bring to upcoming (holiday) parties as it looks exotic with the array of contrasted colors.
Ingredients: (6 servings)
1 package of dried Arame Sea Vegetable
1-2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped
6 scallions, diagonally sliced
3 tablespoons unrefined toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon gomasio (sesame salt)
1. Soak the Arame for 20 minutes in a medium-size bowl with just enough cold water to cover.
2. Drain the liquid from the Arame and place the Arame into a serving bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss gently.
