A great resource to have especially for those moms on the go!! However there's nothing like being in the kitchen cutting, slicing, pureeing and infusing our own thoughts, prayers and good vibrations of love, healing and nurturing into the food.
For Mom's not sure of time frames when to introduce certain foods to babys there's a book Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron who spells it out month by month and food by food. She also has time-saving tips along with delicious recipes. It was the most used book for me and my son!!
Thanks again for sharing another great article!!
