any tasty aduki bean dishes ?

Aloha darlins !! so anyway was supprised i couldnt find a tasty aduki bean recipe. Any one care to share ?

 I usualy cook with vegg broth, onions, garlic, tomatoes, leek etc.... laurel leaf then blend at end with some olive oil and tamari, want to try something new !!! anyway much love hope to taste somthing niami niami :)

Aduki beans are great for jook - breakfast porridge. Try slow-cooking overnight in water with an heirloom grain or a yam, walnuts, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, gogi berries, and the like. The jook makes a great base for adding herbal roots and remedies. A tiny pinch of salt at the end. Hope this is a good one for you :)
