Living in the Raw

I just purchased a new raw food uncook book and I would like to share a receipe from it which is so quick, easy and best of all delicous. "Living in the Raw" by Rose Lee Calabro is a great book for a anyone is is making the transition from cooked food to raw food. She has some great tips and useful information for getting started and some great receipes. Here is just one of the many great receipes.

GREEN PEA SALAD

2 C Green peas
1C sunflower sprouts
1/4 C green onion, funely chopped
1 Fuji Apple, finely chopped
1 T mint leaves or fresh parsley, minced

Combine all ingredience in a large bowl. Toss with Garlic Tahini dressing.

Garlic Tahini Dressing:

1/4 C flax oil
2T lemon juice
2T water
1 1/2T raw tahini
1/2 t celtic sea salt
1/2 t dried chervil
1/2 t dried oregano
1 clove garlic

In a blender, mix all ingredience until smooth and creamy: adjust seasoning to taste

Hey,

I have been on raw foods for over two and a half years and lived on only one cooked meal a week for a couple of years before that. Do you do any all raw meals? Would love to share experiences.
