Two great salad dressings

These are my two favorites of all time: vinaigrette and creamy Cesar

Tangly Vinaigrette from the Whole Food Cookbook

Makes about 3/4 C

6 Tb Olive oil
1 Tb Balsamic
1Tb Orange Juice
2 tsp dijon Mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
2-3 lg coves garlic- pressed
pinch of Celtic Sea salt
pinch of herbs of choice (I use Thyme, Marjoram and Tarragon - other will work too)

Use hand blender to mix fully and whip in some air to make it thick and creamy

Perfect Cesar Dressing from Mean Chef

1/2 C Olive oil
4 anchovy fillets or use paste
3-4 lg clove garlic-pressed
2 Tb fresh lemon juice
1.5 Tb dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 large egg yoks from free range chickens
pinch Celtic sea salt, pepper to taste
3 dashes hot sauce
Use hand blender to mix fully and whip in some air to make it thick and creamy
