Winter Booster Blast

Winter Booster Blast

1 banana
1/2 apple
1/2 pear
1 date
10 almonds, raw
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1 tsp maca root powder
1 tsp local bee pollen
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp mana flakes (blue green algae)
1 tsp spirulina
2 TBS noni berry juice
2 TBS goji berry juice
1 TBS goji berries
rice milk to taste

( I take 1/2 tsp codliver oil on the side, along with 1 TBS aloe vera juice, and probiotics)
All ingredients are local, fresh, organic, seasonal, so for example, in summer you might use strawbs instead of the winter fruit.

This blast should get you through a two hour surf sesh, and you can add 1 TBS raw almond butter to give you an added boost for more time in the water. 

Also, if you can find local baby sea monkey paste that really adds an enormous amount of phytonutrients and living food energy to the booster blast.
