Budgeting for CF Program

I am working on a budget for my time in CO for the Natural Chef Program. I was wondering if you could give me some guidance so that I can budget for "homework". I'm really wondering how much cooking is done outside of class so that I can figure out what to budget for food.

Also, is there any kitchen equipment that you recommend we bring (other than what is listed as a course requirement). Things like a food processor, blender, etc?

Hi Ashley,
You will be required to cook 1 recipe of your choice for each homework.  There are 5 homework assignments where this is required.  We understand that many students are on a budget so you can choose a recipe with cheaper ingredients to cook for the assignments.
You will not need any other equipment for the program.  The school provides all kitchen equipment other than those listed on the requirements (there are a few knives to borrow at each school but we recommend getting your own).
