Two Nutrition Education Courses are being offered in Petaluma for Fall of 2008.
"Nutrition Education For Optimal Health"


"Nutrition Education for Children's Health"

The instructor will be Marilyn R. Clevenger -

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Holistic Certified Nutrition Educator and Consultant.

Marilyn teaches classes and workshops in life and health empowerment through awareness and knowledge, emphasizing the mind-body connection and vital nutrition.

In the Fall of 2008 Marilyn will be teaching the following classes in Petaluma, through the Petaluma Parks and Recreation Department.  The focus will be on Nutrition Education for Health, based on the Eating For HealthTM model.

Nutrition Education for Optimal Health

Ages: 16 and up

A course in Nutrition Education for Supporting Optimal Health. We will discuss what is nutritious and what is not, and emphasize the connection between nutrition and health. The emphasis will be on the Eating for HealthTM model.

We will examine your dietary approach, and review how to upgrade the quality to nutritious health-giving, nutrient-dense vital nutrition. We will include a review of nutrition support for arthritis, cancer, diabetes, depression, chronic fatigue, dental health, fibromyalgia, Lyme’s disease, memory loss, weight and obesity, recovery from illness or injury, and other health concerns.

● 10/23 - 11/20 ● 4 weeks Th ● 7 to 8:30pm ● No class 11/6

● 11/5 - 11/26 ● 4 weeks W ● 7 to 8:30pm
