Title: Amazing greens you "drink" 2 recipes I love

Hello all,
Here's a easy, quick and great way to get your day's supply of greens - by drinking them!!!  Enjoy!  ~ Judea, Nutrition Educator graduate
Liver Cleansing Juice – 1 serving (taken from Sandra Cabot’s “Raw Juices Can Save Your Life”)

Handful of dandelion, spinach, or cabbage leaves (or a combination of them)
˝ cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower and/or 2 large Brussels sprouts
1 large clove garlic
˝ cup chopped parsley
1 whole red apple

Wash, trim & chop vegetables and process through a juicer.  This juice is high in Vitamin C and sulphur compounds to cleanser the liver.

Parsley Fresh –  1 serving (taken from Ann Louise Gittleman’s “The Fast Track, One Day Detox Diet”)

2 cups mixed leafy greens (dandelion is especially good)
1 scalliono
2 slices red bell pepper
˝ tomato
˝ cucumber
4 parsley sprigs
˝ clove minced garlic
Juice of ˝ meyer lemon or a lime

Cut the greens, scallion, bell pepper, tomato and cucumber in small pieces.  Place the cut up veggies, parsley and garlic in a food processor or blender.  Process or blend until liquefied.  Add lemon (or lime) juice.  Drink immediately.
