On Monday, May, 23rd
Bauman College and Whole Foods, Coddingtown
collaborated on a Free Lecture Celiac and Your Kids: Understanding the Possibilities.
Deanne Luziach, NE, NC
made Celiac Disease a little leass overwhelming to parents by shaing wonderful kid-friendly meal ideas and explained how to set up a gluten-free pantry.
Natural Chef Dana Miller
provided recipes for a gluten-free pizza crust, allergy friendly "Cheesy" Kale Chips and Black Bean Brownies that taste amazingly like fudge and not beans!
