I learned how to make these the summer I worked at the Community Supported Agriculture fruitstand at Fairview Garden Farms in Goleta, CA. They are so simple, yet incredibly tasty...and very healthy!
Just take a basil leaf, fill with some avocado and a bit of chopped fresh garlic. Voila! A Tasty Basil Boat.
That's it! Try it, I will guarantee that you will love it, provided you like those ingredients...and of course, just think of the healing properties....what a simple treat!
