Green mush

This is how I remember the name of the recipe: Green Mush
During a Kundalini Yoga retreat, the instructor gave us the recipe for something like green mush.
It has zucchini, celery, avocado, and parsley.
Just add all to a food processor and blend it up!
I add cottage cheese and lemon juice.
Today I sprinkled with habanero hot sauce for some zing.
It is simple, flavorful, and a wonderful way to get some cleansing greens along with healthy fats.
