Call me a midlife woman whisperer…I have a special compassion for what women go through as we confront our changing hormones. From the early signs of shifting digestion and and waning fertility in our late 30s and 40s to the baby elder years of our 50s and 60s I help women love their bodies, experience vitality, and perceive the many gifts of aging. I do blood chemistry analysis, work with basic functional nutrition testing within my scope of practice to create personalized plans. I coach women to engage in their health journey with a spirit of self compassion and adventure.

I have a deep appreciation for Bauman College and was blessed to be on the faculty for 10 years. The students and staff were a joy to work with and it was a great experience! The Eating for Health model remains a guiding model as it is so adaptable and profound.

My other work that I bring to the table is a 28 year practice of CranioSacral Therapy and Acupressure. I was fortunate to spend my 20s and 30s on a spiritual path that gave me an awareness of my inner divinity and that light shining in each person. I’ve always loved nature, crafting and art. I’ve studied tracking and bird language as ways to feel connected with the wild ones around us, to feel like I belong to the planet in the most ancient of ways. My favorite craft at the moment is carving spoons from the trees that grow around me in the Northern California foothills east of Chico: Manzanita, California Nutmeg, Buckbrush, Black Walnut, California Lilac, Black Oak, Pacific Dogwood and Incense Cedar. I encourage my clients to experience the brain balancing benefits of nature connection and crafting too. Getting healthy can be joyful and relaxing!
