Hello! I’m an instructor/mentor at Bauman College/NHI and an alumni of the Bauman College Nutrition Consultant program. Currently, I’m not accepting new clients since I’m 100% immersed in teaching holistic nutrition to spread the message that food is medicine. I like to think of it as nourishing people’s minds.

When I first enrolled at Bauman, I wasn’t planning on a career as a Nutrition Consultant; I just wanted to improve my health after 10 years of a stressful biotech job had taken its toll. During the course, I was amazed how much I didn’t know despite being a scientist in the health field. I learned so much that I decided to leave my biotech job and start my own business to help others regain their health, too. For many years, I consulted clients and ran a bootcamp for groups of people that wanted to also feel better. Then, when an opportunity to join the Bauman team arose, I jumped at the offer. So, here I am, nourishing minds.
