Kristen Moss, NC, believes that great health begins with what you put on your plate. When half of her family went vegan she enrolled at Bauman – as the head cook in her home she wanted to “do it right!” Since then she has supported omnivores, vegans/vegetarians and pescatarians in finding their optimal macronutrients while healing their guts and supporting their busy lifestyles. Her nutrition and lifestyle coaching encourages you to explore and live according to your highest values. Kristen’s proven formula is founded on nutrient-dense whole foods in the right portions – no matter where you get your proteins from. She is an advocate for supporting gut health and intermittent fasting.
Kristen is certified in Buteyko breathwork; her speciality is anxiety and sleep apnea. Mood and sleep quality are instrumental in how we choose to fuel ourselves – Kristen has many tools in her tool belt all of which help her clients take back control of their schedules and improve their health. In addition to her private practice, Kristen works part-time in a local health food store, keeping current on the trends and supplements on the market.
When she isn’t seeing clients Kristen is doing cold immersion therapy, reading, running, and raising her spirited children. Her vision of the future is that we live our lives one healthy bite, breath and thought at a time.
