Definitions

  1. Affiliate: A Bauman College graduate who has been approved to participate in the Bauman College Affiliate Program.
  2. Referral: A potential student referred to Bauman College by an Affiliate through a unique trackable affiliate URL link.
  3. Qualified Referral: A potential student who has provided the following information and has a genuine interest in one of Bauman College’s programs:
    1. Full legal name
    2. Phone number
    3. Email address
    4. Program of interest
    5. Must be the first time a prospective student is inquiring into the program
    6. Must currently reside in a state where our program is approved (click on each program here for a list of approved states/program). NOTE: Students residing outside of the US are not held to this requirement.
  4. Interview: A formal meeting between a Referral and Bauman College admissions to discuss potential enrollment.

Benefits

  1. Compensation: As an Affiliate, you will receive $100 for each Qualified Referral that results in a scheduled and completed Interview with Bauman College admissions.
  2. Auditing: you will have the ability to Audit Virtual Classes in either the Nutrition Consultant or Holistic Chef programs
  3. Connection: Regular and personal interaction with Bauman College staff
  4. Leadership Experience: Resume building affiliations and activities
  5. Pay it Forward: The satisfaction and joy of helping people have work they love!

Process

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

  1. Application: To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application and be approved by Bauman College.
  2. Unique Affiliate URL: Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique trackable affiliate URL link for referral purposes.

Referral Tracking and Attribution

  1. Referral Attribution: A Referral will be attributed to you based on the tracking information captured when your unique affiliate URL is used to access Bauman College’s website.
  2. Referral Tracking: Bauman College will track Referrals who apply through your unique affiliate URL to ensure proper attribution and compensation.
  3. Referral Tracking Portal: You will also be provided with a unique log in to Bauman College’s lead tracking system where you will be able to track your leads in real time.

Payment

  1. Payment Schedule: Compensation will be paid out on the 10th of the following month after the Referral completes their Interview.
  2. Payment Method: Payments will be made via Visa Gift Card.

Commitments

  1. Duration: Commit to 12 months of active participation (with opportunity to engage longer)
  2. Communication: Be responsive to communication from Bauman College
  3. Actively pursue the goal of generating Referrals for Bauman College
  4. Affiliate Conduct: You agree to represent Bauman College in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring that your promotional methods and content are truthful and non-deceptive.
  5. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the conduct of promoting Bauman College.

Term and Termination

  1. Duration: This Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance as an Affiliate and will continue until terminated by either party.
  2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

Miscellaneous

  1. Modification of Terms: Bauman College reserves the right to update and modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
  2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California.

Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the Bauman College Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
