After her own journey through health and food, she decided to dive into the nutrition and culinary world. Claire is now a Bauman College Holistic Chef and Nutrition Consultant. She teaches in the Bauman College Holistic Chef Culinary Program and manages the externship component of the program, as well as works as the Holistic Chef Culinary Program Manager, planning classes, supporting students, and stocking the fridge and pantry with well sourced, nutritious ingredients. Claire also works as a personal chef, supporting clients who have specific dietary restrictions and health concerns with delicious, organic, seasonal, and customized meals. Claire is a passionate chef and educator. She loves the simplicity of a piece of warm bread with fresh extra virgin olive oil, and the nuance in a complex spice blend. The one thing she loves more than food is sharing it with others.
