Arame Sauce/Dressing
« on: November 10, 2010, 07:54:57 PM »
1/2 cup arame, loosely packed, soaked in water for 1 hour
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon ginger, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons tamari
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil

Drain and rinse the soaking arame. Add it to a food processor along with the tahini, ginger, tamari, garlic, and olive oil. Process until smooth.

My favorite way to use this is as a salad dressing. I toss it with kale, carrots, and daikon. I also served it tossed with some bok choy that I sauteed until crisp tender in coconut oil.
