Lemon-Mint Energy Soup

This is a great spring recipe for those early hot days when it is so easy to get tired from the sudden change in weather!

2 Apples
1/2 Lemon
2 cups Spring Salad Mix
2 Tbs Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 Avocado
1 cup fresh Mint
4 cups Water
2 grams of Super Green Algea (or other Green Booster Foods)

Blend ingredients in a blender until creamy.  Enjoy!
This soup is very refreshing and can be eaten any time of the day.
