Grilled Moroccan Chicken Breasts

My family LOVES this chicken recipe. My kids ask for it over and over.
1/2 cup cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped scallion (white part only)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic (I often add more because I love garlic)
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
Combine oil, scallions, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Marinate chicken breasts with mixture at least 4 hours. I typically place in refrigerator to marinate overnight. Grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes on each side or until done. Enjoy!
