Turmeric & Ginger "thermogenic" shot

Hello guys!
I would like to share with the community this easy and marvellous recipe.
The thermogenic shot of turmeric and ginger is an energising, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory BOMB that awakens and warms body and mind. It is perfect in the morning, to awaken the natural biorhythms of our organism after a night of fasting, in which our body is busy detoxing and getting rid of all the toxins.
This beverage is called "thermogenic" for its heating effect and is in "shot" version to concentrate all its magnificent properties in one sip. We speak of thermogenesis in fact to describe the "conversion" of nutrients that we ingest in energy, and, therefore, in heat!
More about ingredients:
Turmeric is the king for booster foods, a very powerful natural anti-inflammatory.
Black pepper increases the bioavailability of turmeric and stimulates thermogenesis and digestion.
Pink grapefruit has diuretic and detoxifying properties, especially for the liver.
Ginger is the best natural digestive that relieves nausea and is a panacea for all winter ailments and sore throat.
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic plant that controls stress and works as a powerful natural anxiolytic. The term "adaptogen" refers way our body and mind react to an environmental or internal change, that might cause stress and make us suffer / feel depressed / sick. Alternatively, you can add one tablespoon of propolis, an antibacterial and natural antiviral food, rich in protein (not vegan, of course!).
Ingredients
the juice of a pink grapefruit
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 small piece of grated ginger
2 pinches of ashwagandha
1 pinch of black pepper
Combine all the ingredients, if you prefer you can blend them. Drink the shot in one sip!
