Arame Slaw

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dried arame seaweed(soak in warm water 15 minutes-rinse, drain and chop)
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup red pepper, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Dash of sea salt and  black pepper

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well, to coat. Serves 2-4
