This is a fun party treat! And who knew that all the ingredients have some benefit to our health with all the vitamins and nutrients they provide? Feel free to play around with the ingredients by taking out things like chilis if you don't like spicy or adding a different fruit like peaches. Enjoy!

1 small white onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 mango, pitted, peeled and cut
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
1 serrano chili, minced
2 avocados, very ripe
2 limes, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Plenty of your favorite gluten-free chips, crackers, or tortillas (I use gluten-free brown rice tortillas made into crispy chips by baking at 350 degrees for a few minutes in toaster oven).

In a medium bowl combine the onion, garlic, mango, Serrano chili and avocado flesh. Take the lime and give a generous squeeze or two. Add the salt, and cilantro. Give everything a good stir, but don't overdo it. Taste. Now start adjusting. Do you need a bit more lime? A bit more salt?
Serve in a bowl with a sprinkling of chopped cilantro and sliced mangos on top. Makes 3 cups.
