Snapper with Grilled Mango Salsa

Snapper with mango salsa
               6 oz snapper
                mango cut in wedges
                avocado diced
               Fresh lemon juice
               1 teaspoon of diced mint
                red onion sliced
                Salt to taste
               Pepper to taste

Grill Mango and onion on medium high heat for 3 minutes. After cooked dice and combine with avocado mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Brush fish lightly with Extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until done.
Serve with Mango Salsa on top.
