not interfere with work.  We have done it!

 
Join us for the first Professionalís

 Healing Foods Cooking Course


Friday April 30th          5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday May 1st    10:00 am to 6:00 pm

THE TWO DAY COURSE COVERS:
 
   Setting up your whole foods kitchen
   Strategies such as fermentation which support healthy digestion
   Nutrient-rich recipes highlighting the Ceres Immune Broth,              Green Smoothies, Superfoods and Sprouted Salads

The course provides ongoing support for making positive and lasting changes in your diet through access to a unique recipe data base, the Healing Foods Lecture Series and other resources. Includes dinner Friday, lunch and snacks on Saturday.

Class size is limited to twelve. Please, reserve your space early!

Location: The class is taught at a private home in West Sonoma County with permaculture gardens. You must be able to climb one flight of stairs to attend.
